PET fibre white
masterbatch.
A practical starting point for selecting a PET or r-PET white masterbatch for direct melt spinning. Match the carrier to your material stream, then validate dosage, colour and spinning behaviour on your line.
SELECT WITH CONTEXT
What to compare first.
| Selection point | Starting reference |
|---|---|
| Carrier compatibility | PET / r-PET |
| Titanium dioxide loading | 50.0 ± 0.5% |
| Semi-dull fibre dosage | Typical 0.6% |
| Full-dull fibre dosage | Typical 4% |
| Filter pressure ΔP | ≤ 1.00 MPa |
| Colour ΔE (D65/10°) | ≤ 0.80 |
Prepare the spinning trial.
Record resin source, drying condition, yarn type and target lustre before setting the addition rate. During the trial, check filter-pressure behaviour, intrinsic viscosity, colour and final fibre appearance together. Typical dosage is a starting point only; confirm the final level against your own process and customer standard.
